yay!

Tomorrow is the start of a 1 week HOLIDAY! hence my title... :) yay! today i went for the southern ridges hike with my church people. cool. made new friends with ange's friend. she's called rachel. she's very nice. 

Oh yes. i must tell you what happened on teacher's day. Lim and I, we hugged ms tan! i mean how many people get the chance to do that? yeah. it was so fun! i mean teacher's day. cause i was telling lim about how this sec 2B girl was trying to flirt. BUT always failed. haha. ok. i feel very bad. hmmm.. then i had to rush to the toilet cause my pee was going to burst out anytime. yeah. some people have THE talent to sing. but some try so hard but fail. anyways, 'E' for effort. good effort people. haha

 Xingee just can't understand that I DON'T KNOW how to make a tagboard. so just give up on asking me to put it. I know i'm noob in this whole blogging thing, but at least i'm trying. 

today was a pretty good day. went to school and was ALMOST late. luckily i was smart enough to ask my dad to drive faster. but it wasn't my fault that i was almost late ok. ok fine. it was PARTLY my fault. but there was an accident on the road today. there was this ambulance in my dad's lane and everybody just 'parted'. like the red sea or something. haha. ok. oh yes. lim asked me this question: what do you think of when you see an ambulance? do you think of danger or hope? wow right? i know. i mean i always think of danger. i never thought of hope. whoa. i just realised how pessimistic i am.

Lim and i stayed back to do the teacher's day present. it turned out fine. good. fantastic! we started out really slowly. cause i forgot to bring the marker and then when i took the marker, i realised i frgot the colour papers. then i asked lim to take the colour papers and but scotch tape on the way. Oh yes. lim made me LIMP all the way to the locker and back to t-zone. it hurt ok, the leg. let me tell you why. after d&t, i started the chain thing, grabbed lim's bag. she pulled me and then i missed THREE steps and fell on my butt. i fell on my butt but i strained my leg, the calf part. so yea, that's why i limped. but the funny thing is, after we finished making the markers (when it started to drizzle), i stomped the foot that was pain. then it was fine. i have a weird leg. oh well.

tomorrow is going to be the last lesson day of the week cause friday is teacher's day celebration. yay! i hope that mr and ms tan would like the markers we made.

Heyheyhey! woohoo! i feel good..tananananananana... i feel it in my skin! Man! i got 25/30 for my maths! ahhh!!!! that is such a break-through luh! praise the lord once again. i was sooooooo damn worried before mr Tan gave out the test papers. i kept whining and whining. if you don't believe me, ask lim. i was so scared! and then  the mr tan kept telling us our mistakes keeping us in such HUGE suspense. i felt so sick in the stomach. hengheng. haha. i did study ok. 

oh well... the speaker during chapel last last week said that 95% percent of our worries usually turn out fine. Shouldn't have worried. wasted my energy...

choir today was cool. time WHIZZED by sooooooooooooooo quickly! like WHOOSSHHH! you know? you don't know. but now you do. 

There's chapel tomorrow! i hope that it will be good, not like last week. off tune, off beat, everything was wrong luh! i know that the whole point of chapel is to glorfy God and everything. but at least give us a decent session man! haha. oh well. i'm still grateful for them. if not, there woudn't have been chapel.

Hohoho! today i got back my science test and chinese test! woohoo! you probably guessed it, i had marks that were not bad. up to my standard at least... My science was 21.5/30 and chinese 30/50. not bad huh? ok maybe it looks bad to you. but hey, i usually get 16 to 18 for science and normally fail chinese. Praise the lord man. But oh well... so much for the celebration, it was the last day for the china people... sad...

I hugged my buddy 3 TIMES! but it just seems not enough. I miss her sooooooooo much luh... i can't imagine how it will be like next monday. no translation, no running away from the bus, no extra seat beside me...etc... just in case you don't understand why i put 'no running away from the bus', it's because every morning, when i pick up my buddy, the bus always has to make a big turn. so, being afraid of the bus knocking me down, i would run all the way to my class locker. and lau and the china people will laugh at me and walk slowly. haiya. i'm just running for my life... I have a phobia of crossing roads. i know, it's stupid. oh well, can't help it. 

tomorrow i'm going for backup singing. oh yeah. it's mixed emotions. like happy and excited yet nervous and ANGRY that -a certain someone- decided to not go. then i'll be the only sec 2 there... so. so. so. how to say. lonely? or extra? aiya.  don't know luh.

I'm having a mass conversation with 2a people now. I like them. it takes up my time. well I'm writing this post because apparently, xingee just can't shut up about who i like. WHICH is not through... wait, i mean true. yeah. ok. you see, i have been keeping my secret for a very long time. it's kept well except for some unintentional occasional slips here and there, which most of the time, go unnoticed. 

Tomorrow is going to be the last day for the china people. I WILL MISS THEM! let me repeat myself: I WILL MISS THEM! Hmmm... to think that i was actually scared of them in the beginning.

fun-filled day

Heey...

 today we went DRAGON BOATING! yayayayayayayayaay!  haha. tiring but really good. shiu mai, ha gao, shiu mai, ha gao.... ice cream, ice cream! haha these were what we used when we were rowing the dragon boat. didn't really look like a dragon to me, looked more like a.... a..... a boat... I thought there would be fins or something. and it was white! they should have coloured it luh. so boring. the only 'colour' was us wearing the PINK life-vest. should have been  ORANGE!

that 'who'  made us stay back in class again. this time for 15minutes. but you see, we were not making noise. his ears were just sensitive.... stupid. wore a new shirt today. also looked ah pek to me. for those who don't understand the meaning of ah pek, it means old man. yeah. 

today we learnt how to speak shanghai language: bi zi! means bi zui which also means keep quiet. and we also learnt chongqing language. just amazing. 

Woohoo! tomorrow's gonna be a great day.....i think. at least i think, you're just reading this post. you're not thinking. anyway... i'm going for backup singing practice. i'm excited yet nervous. oh well. A.S.A.P.=ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER (mdm chong's creation) haha

Yesterday was the first day the china people came. today, was the second day.

6th post! doing pretty well...

This would be my 6th post! Wow! Amazing! haha. Okays... Well today the china people came. My buddy is just great! Though she asks lots of questions, and i don't know how to answer them, she is SOOOOOO kind! I didn't know how to write a chinese word during chinese class and she helped me right it out! so NICE! and she bought me root beer. haha, she thought it was beer at first. but me, the ever present, ever faithful, king, was there to explain to her that root beer wasn't beer. it was just children's beer... i'm planning to give her a bag of coffee beans when she leaves because she says that she 'how xi huan he ka fei' ka fei=coffee. hence, the reason to my plans... See her tomorrow! another day filled with chinese questions from her and broken chinese explanations from me. yesyesyes. my chinese may not be as good as hers, but you seee, i'm trying really hard. how do you say chapel in chinese? how do you say literature in chinese? how do you say uniform groups in chinese? questions unanswered. I bet my questions set you thinking...

 

So faye posted on her blog that i'm the leader of take faye's things club. I shall live up to my name! haha. joking joking...

Holiday

So Lim finally read my blog. 

And today the project turned out pretty well although LAU and Rebekah didn't come. Sad... But me and Lim managed to get on fine with the scrapbook and it turned out well! My 'neat' handwriting and Lim's 'neat' pasting with her Bostik glue. Whatever! haha. joking joking... Oh well. Hmmm.. oh yes, i must say that the glue was REALLY stinky! stunk up my whole room! eeee... Lim claimed that it smelt nice... Man man man, she went for the snoring test, i think she should go for the smelling test! kidding, haha! 

Wednesday is going to be dental appointment day! Woohoo! ok, maybe not that exciting. It's just that i always get the dentist feeling when i go for dental, no matter how many times i've been there. I think i'm going to change the colour to green and yellow! it'll look pretty cool.

Tomorrow THE china people will be visiting us... I think the person that i'm going to host will die.. My chinese is like 1/10 for their standard luh.. what's worse is it's going to last for 2 WEEKS! ahhhh.... 2 weeks of CHINESE continuously!  Not only she is gonna die, i think i am going to die as well....Oh no! that's not the worse part! the worse part is that I or rather the 'hosts' will have to go to school tomorrow at 6.30 am! madness! that means i have to wake up at what time? wait... calculating... hmm... my goodness! I have to wake up at 6.00 am!

Today is a Sunday

As you have seen from the title, today is a Sunday. Church was great! We sang my favorite song: Did you feel the mountains tremble. By delirious! Is this how you spell the name? Oh nevermind... Talking about church, E-Sean said she was gonna link me. What is linking anyway? I don't even know if she has linked me... For those who don't know E-Sean, she's my good friend from church. Yeah. Let's talk about stuff. hmmm... I'm printing pictures of the Singapore Air force. It's for the project i told you about in my previous post. The LAME one. But...my group is gonna un-lame this project. I have nothing to talk about today. Except church but today church was pretty much churchy like any other church day. oh oh oh! yes... my church is gonna send the youth to india for a mission trip. Probably for about 2 weeks. What we need you to do is keep us in prayer! I'm not going but i'm a sender, yes, a sender. It's an important job! You need to pray that the mission trip will be a success. We or rather the go-ers will be reaching out to the untouchables aka the lower caste people. If you take history, you would know about this caste system. They think they  are less righteous than the upper caste people, but god loves them the same. And that's what we're going there for. To spread the good news! You are a part of it now. You have to support us! In prayer, of course. Enough said about this. Wow! This post has turned out pretty well... Today my cousins also came to my grandma's house and we had good food. I  liked the pork the most. I'm off to eat my strawberries! Let me give you a tip, dip your cut strawberries in sugar, they taste great. You see, i have been waiting for my dear friend, LIM to read my blog. Apparently, she forgot to read MY blog. How demoralizing this is. Oh well....today i learnt a new word. It's called glutues maximus. It means butt. My friend, LIM, made me learn about this. I never knew that a butt could have a scientific name. But i found out, today, from Jeanette. I know you're confused now. Let me explain. Today at the locker, Lim asked me,"what is the scientific name for butt?" I seriously had no idea. fortunately, Jeanette was there. So she told us the answer to our question. At first, it was hard to believe Jeanette, cause glutues maximus sounds like a name but Li zhen was there to confirm..well, sort of. And i have to tell you something! I know how to play the intro for APOLOGIZE, the hit song, i think. I graduated from P.P.A. Priscilla's Piano Academy. By the name of the 'academy' you would have known that it was Lim who taught me how to play this song. ANNNND we learnt it during D&T. Slacking that day, actually, yesterday to be precise. I also learnt MARCHING from my GB friend SAMANTHA!!! good teacher... haha. FALL IN! RIGHT LEG UP, RIGHT LEG DOWN! TURN AROUND RIGHT LEG UP, RIGHT LEG DOWN! LEFT LEG UP, LEFT LEG DOWN. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACKSIDE! that's just how you fall in. okokokokokokok....... I have run out of things to say. WAIT! i do have something to say. I remember what LAU said. she said, she said something like pangsay the day before yesterday when we were doing Lit project. It sounds funny when it comes from her, but disgusting when it comes from a certain someone...(AJC!!) If you're not a 2A personnel, you wouldn't know this...insiders' joke! haha. Today i made faye angry. i was really scared, i mean i never saw her being angry before, today was the first time. Now that she's forgiven me, i feel MUCH better! haha. today at t-zone, we finally saw the big sister side of her. haha. so cool... I'm sure that LIM is gonna read this blog tonight. yeah. cause i reminded her to. and next monday's gonna be NE project time! and someone's not gonna come! haa. alright. i have back ache already, jokingjoking. haha that's what Lim always says... what ever...bye!!!

Weekends are great

Ok... It is pretty amazing how I managed to come back to post something on ,well, what seems to be MY blog...now. I'm really bored now!! I've practiced maths ok, it's not like i never study today. Oh well... I thought I'd share a little bit about my experience this weekend. Mainly Saturday night. But since i said weekend, might as well talk about the WHOLE week. Starting with Friday. Friday was bad, i was sick and i had to perform with my school choir for school founder's day celebration... But it was still quite fun, especially the drama!! well done man people. But of course that wasn't the highlight of THE weekend... My family checked in to FAIRMOUNT hotel, located at raffles city. oh oh, i need to tell you what my cousin calls this hotel. he says it's fakmong hotel, that is a Cantonese word for nightmare. we just asked him how to read this word and he said,"fakmong." ft unny, funny, funny...ha ha. But that's besides the point. Ok let me continue. We went into the room. First 'wonderful' thing we saw was the toilet. I'm not saying it was ugly or smelly or something, it's just that, it's weird, like step into somewhere and you see the toilet(the place where all things created are placed at). It was nice and glassy with lot's of mirrors, actually, one mirror, but a very big one indeed. then came night. and the national day parade started. it was not good, cause i wasn't there. but i watched the aeroplanes and the fireworks. i love the aeroplanes! when they flew and used the smoke to draw stuff in the sky, for once, i must admit, i felt very proud to be a Singaporean. ok, maybe not once. See? all your fault! i forgot what i wanted to say...you made me explain so much. ok. i got the point i wanted to share with you- i saw the fireworks display. SO COLOURFUL! i felt like a kid, screaming and shouting. ha ha. ok. s1o my whole family squeezed into the room. yeah, but the bed was king sized! just nice for 3 of us. my brother slept on the lounge sofa thingy(don't even know the name of what he slept on). We watched happy feet! yeah! it was funny. not convincing enough? ok IT WAS FUNNY! HILARIOUSLY FUNNY! i remember the funniest part: mambo chased Gloria away and his companions sang this: if you leave me now, you take away the biggest part of me...ohhhooooooohhoohohooohh now, baby please don't go! ha ha. reminded me of something. quite funny. ok. next day i went to church, but before that, i had a big buffet breakfast. YUMYUM! then i went for church. today, i lost my voice. MUST BE BECAUSE OF THE CHOIR! ha ha. ok, this is me, signing off! (i like this phrase, makes me feel professional)

Hi. Let's see... I've never thought of creating a blog. Yeah... Ok this MAY be the only post because i am doing this because I'm bored! Ok. hmmmm. i usually have alot to say. but I'm now speechless. hi there! don't act blur. I'm talking to you! yes you!
